Full Circle Productions, Inc in conjunction with Monkeytown presents 360° Dance Company's Fall Fundraiser. Watch out for -Full On -Live Dance- inches away! Martin Lofsnes and his group of former Martha Graham members, re-incarnate themselves and modern dance from the classics of the thirties to new edgy choreographies of today. Through presenting modern dance masterpieces juxtaposed with cutting-edge new repertory, the group maintains the artistic integrity of its roots while challenging and re-shaping itself and its audience’s thoughts on the future of the art form.

Participants can make selections from a 3 course prix fixe menu created by Monkey Town chef Ryan Jaronik for the event.

An added BONUS for this event is singer SiLyA: “"I'm all about energy, soul and contrasts” says Silya, whose music blends the best of modern pop, soul, funk and rock with her unique powerhouse vocals and quirky lyrical point of view."

Funds are earmarked for building the foundation and development of 360 Dance Company. Advance sales/reservations are strongly recommended. Benefit tickets are $45 for performance and 3 course meal:

1st Course (Choice of):
endive, jicama and honeydew salad
candied walnuts, gorgonzola, apple cilantro emulsion

pastrami crab cake
truffled sauerkraut, hot pink mayo

grilled flatbread
shaved squash, pickled jalapeno, goat cheese

2nd Course (Choice of):
roasted acorn squash
wild mushrooms, farro, piquillo velouté, mashed taro

seared duck breast
leg confit and wild rice risotto, swiss chard, bourbon guajillo sauce

chipotle crusted salmon
curried beets, spiced carrot jus, squash raita

Dessert (Choice of):
pumpkin and white chocolate marquis
ginger cured lemon, brown sugar cream, sour cream gelato

coconut and lemongrass panna cotta
tumeric passion fruit soup, pineapple tuile

chocolate chestnut crepes
carmelized apples, juniper cajeta, dark chocolate sorbet
