San Francisco-based intermedia performance group DOUBLE VISION gives their final performance of the 4x60 U.S. tour at MonkeyTownHQ. The group will have traveled for 5-weeks, over 4,800 miles and given 16 performances by the time it climaxes in Williamsburg.The company's performance will feature live video, contemporary dance, and electronic music.

DOUBLE VISION will perform works for video, sound and contemporary performance featuring Sean Clute's Big Timber, CHOP! CHOP!, integrating live sound and video with real time animation to tell the tale of two characters, Conuton Valve and Coon Dog, who meet at The Monopole Bar in Plattsburgh, New York and later find themselves travelling in a Mercury Sable to California in the quest for gold and the Plasma Cloud. The evening will also feature the experimental sounds of Zemi17.

DOUBLE VISION's 4x60 Tour involves 10 performers, 4,800 miles and 5 weeks of experimental and contemporary events that blend dance, video, sound, and installation. Celebrating five years of existence in December, the company has performed in Bay Area venues such as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and ODC Theater as well as alternative spaces including public parks and warehouses.
