Context Video presents Selections from SELECT Media Festival in Chicago

"Select" is a dynamic annual media festival in Chicago, and as they are just finishing up their 2008 edition, called "INFOPORN" we're lined up to screen a program of material they have turned us onto, much of which will be shown in NYC for the first time:

The SELECT festival is part of the family of arts organizations that make up "Lumpen". Lumpen is behind a several other cool projects such as the Version Fest each spring:

So in keeping with renewed appreciation for all things Chicago going on nationally, we are going to dig into a piece of the video culture of Chicago and bring it over to Brooklyn this month.
