Before you go off and drink yourself into a lustful oblivion and dream of an America with Universal Health Care to nurse your ridiculous hangover, we would like to offer you a feast of epiphany at a reasonable price.

Firsts (choice of):
Winter squash salad
braised pistachios, twig farm goat tomme, sherry dressing

Seared sea scallops
truffled sooji, crisp poha, tandoori honey emulsion

Hand cut pappardelle
braised short rib, guanciale, shaved parmesan, rosemary

Mains (choice of):
Porcini gnocchi
wild mushrooms, oven roasted tomatoes, walnut pesto

Pan seared stirped bass
parsnip puree, apple braised cabbage, saffron jus

Grilled petit filet mignon
truffled mash, creamed chard, huitlacoche bordelaise
