Maite Sanjuan
From Barcelona, aerialist Maite Sanjuan will perform her mix of street theater and circus performance, a unique blend of acrobatic technique using fabric, rope, fixed and flying trapeze, theater and dance. For tonight's performance she is working with Laia Cabrera a filmmaker and multimedia artist who lives and works in NY City, Brice Malahude, an experimental sound designer from Paris, France and Isabelle Duverger, a live drawing artist from Paris, living in NY City.

Harvest Moon

Harvest has also performed with members of Cirque Du Soliel in the 2005 production of "The Love Show". Harvest Moon performs regularly in New York City and, increasingly, internationally . Miss Moon's emerging solo work has been noted for its elegance and classic form. She blends vintage Burlesque style with a unique and suprising element borrowed from the circus' big-top. Her acts are noted for their stunning and original combinations of contortion, classic Burlesque stylings, and humor. Harvest has opened for James Brown in NYC and performed with the artist Matthew Barney.

Harvest currently performs as part of a trapeze duo called Aerobella. They have toured nationally with Circus Nexus in 2006/07 and performed at the 2007 New York Burlesque Festival. You can find their website at www.aerobellatrapeze.com

In the summer of 2008, Harvest toured the Netherlands and Italy in a special showcase of American Burlesque "Cabaret New Burlesque". From her homebase in New York City she continues to push the frontiers of modern Burlesque with each new act.

Suzanne Rogaleski

Suzanne Rogaleski is an artist who took to the air in 1999. Training began under the wing of Tanya Gagne (1/2 of the Wau-Wau Sisters) at The Trapeze Loft in Williamsburg. It is still home to her training and weekly classes. www.thetrapezeloft.com

Suzanne began performing as Fawn Doe the flying deer in many venues from the Sideshows at the Seashore at Coney Island to the shores of the Red Sea in Egypt. Spectacle and skills, movement shaking hands with sound scape, with narrative yarns. Characters and atavistic exploration of time, space and the present are employed to facilitate communication and sharing of ideas with collaborators and spectators.
Suzanne's collaborations include Lone Wolf and Cub with Ryan Sawyer (Tall Firs, Stars Like Fleas) for what the New York Times called "an irresistible combination of trapeze, drums, and vocals".

And the TEAMSPIRITANIMALSQUAD! with Ms. Tanya Gagne. Suzanne, Tanya, their band the BadMittens, and a herd of unicorns create a multi-tiered totemic aerial opera, filled with glitter, astral projection, and communion.
