This is the New York City premiere of the documentary film Pansy Division: Life In A Gay Rock Band (2008), which has played gay film festivals all over the world (but not in New York). Beginning in the early 90s, and continuing today (their brand new CD That's So Gay just hit the stores in March), Pansy Division's bold, funny, and in-your-face lyrics and catchy pop-punk sound has endeared them to many yearning for out, queer rock & roll. Appearing in person for the screenings will be Pansy Division singer/guitarist Jon Ginoli, who will do a Q&A and play an acoustic set.
