[SET 1] Hans Tammen, Andrea Parkins, David Watson, Mario deVega
Andrea Parkins is known especially for her dynamic timberal explorations on the electric accordion and inventive use of generative sound processing. David Watson's work on highland bagpipes subverts conventional expectations, drawing on traditional sources, electronica and experimental improv "to blow the bagpipes into the 21st century." Hans Tammen is a composer/guitarist whose music has been described as an alien world of bizarre textures and a journey through the land of unending sonic operations. Mario deVega (Mexico City) works with video, sound sculpture, site-specific projects and modified electronics.

[SET 2] Hans Tammen, Briggan Krauss, Mario deVega, Zachary Seldess
Briggan Krauss is a New York based saxophonist/composer/sound artist and a founding member of Sex Mob. Mario deVega (Mexico City) works with real-time sample processing using external devices for data control and his own designed software SPK®. Hans Tammen calls his style of performance "Endangered Guitar," because of the extreme alterations he enacts upon his instrument's sound and construction. Zachary Seldess spends much of his time these days creating interactive media artwork.
