In SUZY'S PARTY, the dreams and nightmares of two actresses crash together. A film is being made, based on the filming of a movie already made. A woman searches for someone who is in charge of everything. A fortune teller keeps a giant cheetah named Suzy in a cage. A man searches for a girl he dreamt about named Suzy. A girl named Suzy says she is someone else. Advertisements and celebrity stories fall into the constant search for what is going on. An actress falls into isolation while preparing to film a role for a movie. Another actress is warned that a role in a movie could ruin her.

Shot in Minneapolis with no budget and conceived in a piecemeal, improvisational way inspired by the process of David Lynch's INLAND EMPIRE, SUZY'S PARTY utilizes a no-budget experimental filmmaking that favors imperfection, rawness, digression and unpredictability.
