Paul Roberts is the former front man of the legendary Stranglers, a gig he maintained for almost 16 years. A superb showman; his stage presence and energy have won him rave reviews all over the world. Having written some of the least likely tunes for a Strangler, he is also able to translate them - and indeed any material - not only in the studio but night after night in the live arena too. Concurrently with his Strangler duties, he led the group Soulsec. At his Monkey Town, in the round, shows, Paul is presenting an essentially solo acoustic performance in the very intimate space.
