Trippers and Askers are the rotating cast of Pickers and Smashers who play the songs of multi-instrumentalist/songwriter Jay Hammond. The current cast is fresh out of the box, and will be performing Jay's delicate compositions. Combining elements of bluegrass, country, shoegaze, and ambient music this music strikes the oft-attempted, seldom achieved balance between roots music and emerging trends.
