Gamelan/Bowie 4th of July

Being that this is our first 4th of July that we've been open, we were thinking one night last month, "Hey, what should we show on the Fourth of July?" And while some people did actually mention Independence Day and Born on the Fourth of July, nobody else could think of anything better.

So instead, we thought, why not David Bowie movies on all four screens with a Gamelan/Qawwali soundtrack. And thus our first annual, very traditional screening of 4 David Bowie films and some completely non-diegetic sounds. How fucking sublime is that! Very.
