Join goddess for a magikkal exploration of the 7 dimensions. goddess
is a Brooklyn quartet that plays experimental psychedelic folk
music.
U.K. music zine Organ described the band's 13-track album
as "wonderful, folk and Madrigals and warm psychedelia and
good enough to say they have a Sandy Denny feel."
In truth they more closely resemble Incredible String
Band. goddess makes some of their own instruments, like
the horsehair fiddle. For percussion they use a giant stick. Goddess
sings songs about New Jersey folklore, witches, gnomes, and magic
potions. goddess in the 7 dimensions is goddess' attempt to actually
bring the audience into all 7 dimensions of goddess- some may
reach nirvana, some will fall absolutely. Either way, you will
hear beautiful music, gaze at trippy projections, and partake
of delicious food and beverage.
