Lapis Lazuli will perform music based on the cult BBC TV series
"The Lemming". Accompanied by the video, film, and mixed
media iconography of Yuko Sueta. This will be the third episode
of "The Lemming" out of an ongoing series.
Notes on the TV Series The Lemming from IMDB...
"The oddball premise for The Lemming accounts in part for
the short lived nature of the series. The series consists almost
entirely of chase scenes were the main character, the subject
of the chase, is seen only from the point of view of an unknown
pursuant. We know very little about The Lemming's background or
identity other than the fact that The Lemming himself essentially
operates in two modes; a cognitive state and dream sleep. While
The Lemming is in dream sleep we see the only aspect of his life
resembling a peaceful existence. The conscious state for the Lemming
is a warped fun house mirror that inevitably leads the main character
running blindly into chaos and confusion at every turn. In the
world of The Lemming, irony and awareness are mutually exclusive."
