Three distinct voices: guitar and cello driven songs with dark underpinnings and subtle textures.

Mike Wexler (Brooklyn, I & Ear Records)
Finger-picked guitar stylings coupled with piano drive his beautifully crafted songs. Floating on top is his captivating, gravelly voice, adding another texture to the mix. New folk can be dull, but Wexler keeps it interesting with his gorgeous, mostly finger-picked guitar stylings, poetic lyrics, and unique vocals…"– Village Voice

Fern Knight (Philadelphia, VHF Records)
At the heart of the songs is Margie’s strong voice, cello, and guitar, leading the tunes with feeling and subtlety. While in the tradition of electric-trad legends such as Pentangle and Trees, Fern Knight’s music rings of the intensely personal and is delivered with crystal clarity. "Fern Knight draws a slow story, one that makes for an excellent tale that explores those winding forest paths and the things that lie hidden between the lines." - Michael Patrick Brady, Brainwashed

Orion Rigel Dommisse (New Paltz)
A sweet, would-be innocent voice, but for the ominous sense of foreboding lurking underneath, leads us through songs with lyrics about broken-hearted tales of death and rebirth, and the beauty that comes out of chaos. Plucked cello and warm Wurlitzer provide the blanket on which Orion’s voice is so delicately placed. Imagine the soundtrack to some sort of macabre ballet scene where skeletons dance with floral wreaths 'round their skulls under the full moon and you’ll be getting close.
